Co-Founder and Director

Fatlind Azizi holds degrees in Political Science and International Relations and Diplomacy. Active as a young leader since his time at Gymnasium "Skënderbeu" in Presevo, he has over five years of experience in project management and civil society. Before founding the Democratic Institute Mosaic, he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo – Diplomatic Academy, the Parliament of Kosovo, and ECMI Kosovo. Passionate about geopolitics and democratic development, he is dedicated to fostering positive change through civic engagement and research. 

Co-founder and Vice Director

Ardit Azizi, originally from Preševo, has been actively engaged in civil society since a young age. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tirana, where he also served as a student leader. Driven by his commitment to community development, Ardit played a key role in founding the Democratic Institute Mosaic, where he oversees financial management and supports the organization’s strategic direction.
