Project Title: “Encouraging the Participation of Albanian Youth and Raising Awareness of Rights in Serbia”

Are you a motivated young individual seeking professional experience in project management, advocacy, and civic engagement? The Democratic Institute Mozaik invites you to apply for a paid internship position within the project “Encouraging the Participation of Albanian Youth and Raising Awareness of Rights in Serbia.”

Position Details:

• Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension)

• Monthly Stipend: Competitive remuneration offered

• Location: Presevo

Duties and Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will:

• • Support the implementation of project activities.

  • Assist with administrative and organizational tasks.

  • Contribute to the management and promotion of the project's resource center.

  • Manage the project’s social media platforms.

  • Engage in advocacy and civil society activities.

  • Support volunteer coordination and help organize activities and events.

Eligibility Criteria:
We are looking for candidates who:

• Are between the ages of 16 and 29 (as part of the target group).

• Are students or recent graduates (preferably with a university degree).

• Are willing to work with a young and dynamic team.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

• Are interested in gaining professional experience in project management and civic engagement.

• Have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Possess knowledge of social media management and digital tools (preferred).
