The Democratic Institute MOZAIK has officially published the Integrated Communication Strategy and Advocacy Plan, a strategic document that will guide the organization’s institutional communication and advocacy efforts for the period 2025–2027.
This strategy aims to strengthen MOZAIK’s internal capacities, structure its communication with the public, institutions, and partners, and establish a professional, coordinated, and measurable approach to advocacy at the local, national, and international levels.
The document is fully aligned with MOZAIK’s mission to:
promote democracy and transparency,
protect and advance the rights of Albanians in Serbia,
empower youth,
strengthen civic participation and local democratic culture.
promote European values and international partnerships.
The Integrated Communication Strategy and Advocacy Plan includes a situational analysis, strategic communication and advocacy objectives, target groups, key messages, communication channels, an action plan, and performance monitoring mechanisms. It will serve as a guiding framework for all MOZAIK publications, campaigns, and advocacy initiatives in the coming years.
The strategy was developed within the framework of the EU Resource Center for Civil Society in Serbia and reflects MOZAIK’s commitment to building a strong, credible, and impactful public presence in the Preševo Valley and beyond.
