This week, the Democratic Institute Mosaic organized two internal workshops as part of the Integrated Strategic Communication and Advocacy Plan – Mosaic project.
These workshops marked an important step in the ongoing development of our new integrated strategy, which aims to strengthen how MOZAIK communicates, advocates, and engages with the community.
Throughout the sessions, team members worked closely together to review the initial structure of the strategy and to provide detailed comments, constructive feedback, and practical recommendations. Their inputs were essential in refining the document, identifying key priorities, and ensuring that the strategy reflects both the organization’s mission and the real needs of the community we serve.
The workshops helped clarify our communication goals, improve the alignment between different organizational activities, and shape a more coherent and impactful framework for future advocacy efforts.
By collecting perspectives from within the team, we are ensuring that this strategy is not only well-designed but also meaningful, realistic, and ready for implementation.
These activities represent an important part of MOZAIK’s broader effort to strengthen its internal capacities and develop long-term planning tools that will guide our visibility, outreach, and public engagement.
👉 The finalized strategy document will be published next week.
